The initial meeting was conducted in a professional and concise manner .The explanation of possibilities for investment were explained well and this offered some insight into what decisions can be made for making my money grow.Questions were welcomed and answered In plain speak language .Generally very helpful and I may take advantage of the support and advice.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Our elderly parents required an annuity to cover care home fees so that some of the value of their home could be passed on to their grandchildren, as per their wishes.

How has Shane Hyland helped you?

Shane offered advice, sought expert help and offered a range of options. He advised us to take an option that was better for us though not the most expensive or remunerative for him. This was carried out quickly and efficiently and with considerable care for our sensitivities at a difficult time in our lives.

Shane is always very professional and relates all the necessary information, giving full details of all options available, in a clear and understandable format - (pensions is definetly not my thing!). He always responds very promtly to emails or queries and sets up regular follow up appointments to review the policies.

Shane immediately puts you at ease. He will always give you the correct advice even if it is not what you want to hear. He researched a good investment for me. My pension was far from the easiest to resolve but Shane stayed patient and never once made me feel as if it was too much trouble. I would recommend him to anyone looking for good advice

I am more than happy with the with the way Shane has dealt with my finances. Any changes he sends out the details as soon as possible and also has regular contact over the phone. If ever I have any queries or need any advice I know that all I have to do is to give him a ring and he's always more than willing to help, if he doesn't answer my call I can rely on him to ring me back as soon as he is able to do so. Shane is one of the few people who I would have every confidence in regarding the management of my finances. Shane has an excellent knowledge of current financial matters and following detailed questioning and review is able to come up with the right options and packages that meet my current and future needs. All the financial jargon is explained in simple terms which helps the decision making process. Financial reviews are communicated on a regular basis and Shane is only on the end of the phone at anytime for any ad hoc questions or any information I require. Reviewing finances can be daunting however with Shane you enjoy the experience because you know he is working hard on your behalf.
