How has David Milloy helped you?

I'm self employed and I was under time pressure to arrange a mortgage. David provided a fast, professional service keeping me informed throughout the process. He also managed to arrange the same mortgage I'd been offered else where for less than half the fees. I have, and will a again, recommend David Milloy to friends and family.

What could they have done better?

Advertise his other service. I was only aware of mortgage and insurance services until completing this review.

David kept us informed every step of the way throughout our mortgage application. We thought at one point we weren't going to get approved due to myself being self employed but David went above and beyond to find solutions to the problem and finally we got the green light. We can't thank him enough and will definitely use him again in the future.

I was referred to David by a work colleague. The services he provided were not only excellent but informative and extremely helpfull. David Milloy has an excellent 'way about him' he tunes into his clients quickly and has the perfect balance of friendly but professional. David Milloy is not afraid to give you the not so sexy news as well as the great news. David Milloy is honest, explains everything well and guides clients through some tricky waters when it comes to the world of spending, investing and saving in the right way and at the right time. I am confident that I have received the best service possible, not something you can say about many!

What could they have done better?

I honestly would struggle to find anything negative to say about David Milloy, having seen the way he dealt with my friends' house purchase and how he has gone above and beyond to advise and steer me on the right path I am in awe. Having worked in the Independent Financial Industry some years ago I have met a fair amount of 'advisers' in my time but David Milloy is light years ahead in knowlegde, understanding and communication.

Mr Milloy investigates thoroughly any proposals or queries made on our behalf. He then explains with great detail all options available. If we have any questions (no matter how silly they may seem) he has great patience and totally understands the fact that the ordinary person hasn't much concept of financial dealings on a wide range of products. He will tailor make the ideal product suitable to your needs and your finances after a discussion about your preferences. I would definitely recommend David to cater for all your finances in whatever category you choose.

David has always been excellent at taking my non financially worded emails and calls and converting this into the financial service i've been looking for. I'm not financially minded, nor do i care to know all the jargon which would just confuse me. He has helped provide us Life Insurance, Home Insurance and our Mortgages and Re-Mortgage, all without any hassle at all.
