David has helped me the most over recent years with help on my retirement and pension options. David helped me put the right pension facility in place to support me now and in the future. David spent a lot of time with me helping to consider the different options which was so important to deciding on the right pension that would support my retirement.

Several years ago, I was looking into retiring early, and needed advice as to whether this was possible.

How has David Mills helped you?

David discussed my financial circumstances, then reviewed and gave advice about investing my Pension pot. He explained how it was realistic option, so I retired in 2018. Since then David has monitored and given guidance about my finances, and takes the time for an annual meeting to update his records.

Yes. Thanks to David's expertise I am enjoying my retirement with no financial concerns. I have complete confidence in David's judgement.

We feel David has done a full research of our requirements for renewing our mortgage to a fixed rate. Although we have challenged David by changing the goal post a few times, David has been patient and explained all the implications to us. He explains thing very fully but in langue that we can understand and feel happy with. He knows that such an important subject can be very complicated to understand. Although we just went to see David regarding our mortgage he took the opportunity to review our pensions and investments. David has been very accessible wither by phone or email. Always getting back to us in a timely manner. We have used Ridgeways for the past 8 –9 years for financial advice, without singling out anyone; the team have been very professional and friendly in the way the conduct business.

David took the time to listen to my needs and asked a very comprhenisve set of questions to fully understand what I needed to get from my session with him. He walked through several scenarios and explained the pros and cons of each option so that I was in a position to make the decision that was right for me. During subsequent dealings with the mortgage company where I was uncertain of how to proceed, he gave me further advice to ensure that I didn't delay my application by completing forms or responding to them incorrectly. I found David to be very knowledgable on the subject concerned and I had complete confidence in his ability to help me come to a decision that was for me.

Dave was extremely helpful when we were arranging our mortgage as first-time buyers. He was able to explain everything to us in a manner that we could understand and was always willing to answer our numerous questions. He always replied very promptly to queries and was able to help us get a good mortgage deal which we would have struggled to achieve without him. He also advised us on the proper protection for our mortgage which we probably would not have considered previously. He has since provided us with advice regarding savings which was clear, measured and very helpful. We will certainly be asking for Dave's advice with any future financial decisions as he is able to provide us with peace of mind that we are making sensible choices. He is also friendly and approachable.

As a first time buyer, I was provided the most competitive rate for my LTV under complicated circumstances. Having endured other advisors in London and unsuccessful comparison site attempts, I was exceptionally happy with David from start to end.
