Mark Gave me professional advice and explained the process at all times, understaning my own goals and requirements.

The advice that has been given has been clear and the recommendations have been perfect and and first class, his advice has given me and my family greater security for our future. The services and Advive that Mark has recommened have suited our needs and have achived our goals to date. I am Happy that Mark was introduced to me by my accountant and would invest with him in the future also. His has advice has increased my income and my pension, Mark is one of the most professional contacts I have met in my business life and would highly recommend his services.

What could they have done better?

I can give Mark no Constructive Suggestuions, other than a cup of coffee would go down well during his period reports.

I had inherited money from my late parents after the sale of their property. This resulted me being just over the inheritance tax level.

How has Mark Walker helped you?

Advised me the best way to invest this money bearing in mind some of the money I did't want to invest for many years as I was going to give some to my daughter to buy property in the near future.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, except when the Stock Market hasn't performed well! Certainly a lot better than the Building Society where I would have invested the money.

What could they have done better?

No, I have been completely satisfied with him and felt I could approach him at any time with any queries I had. He explained matters to me in everyday language!

How has Mark Walker helped you?

When I retired last year, I required the service of a local trustworthy Independent Financial Adviser who could also offer me a very competitive charging structure. After speaking with several Barnstaple based adviser's I selected Mark Walker. I am glad that I did because the advice and service provided to me by Mark has been excellent! He is very easy to talk to and very easy to understand and explained everything to me from start until finish. His on-going review process is very thorough to ensure that my Investments remain on track.

How has Mark Walker helped you?

Mark helped me work through which pension scheme would best suit me. He fully explained everything in plain English and ensured I was happy with the plan he had recommended for me. He made me feel totally at ease and comfortable at all times. I found him fair and fully trustworthy and knew he had my best interest at heart and not his own rewards. I would recommend Mark 100% every time. If I could give him an extra 5*'s I would.....that's how happy I was with his service. Thank you again Mark !

How has Mark Walker helped you?

Me and my wife have had a investment with Mark since July 2014, Mark is a nice to person to talk to and has given good advice on where to put our money, Mark goes through the process with you and there is no pressure at any time to put your money any where your not happy with, Also mark goes through all the risks with you and is very professional at all times and also we have regular reviews with Mark which is a good thing as he explains to you what is happening with your investment.

Mark Walker dealt with my new investment very efficiently and within the time scales as promised. He was very thorough during his fact-finding and assessing my goals, objectives attitude to risk, views and needs. He explained his recommendations in plain English, which I could understand. I fully understood my new investment and why it was appropriate for me. The initial adviser fee was very competitive and I have signed up for a regular half-yearly review again at a very competitive on-going fee. All in all a very professional service.
