What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
On retirement i needed to make my savings work for me, so i needed a reliable IFA.

He asked what current investments i had,then told me how they could be improved.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
i have been very impressed with the results tho i know investments can go down in value.
What could they have done better?
I do not think he could have done any better,i have been very happy with all the advice i have been given.

How has Steven Ford helped you?
I approached Steve for advice on my fathers money- some is needed for care home fees and the rest is for him at present. Steve advised me on the possible government changes regarding the Queens speech to do with care home fees - and after this conversation I have decided to invest in a normal bond until that time when I will know then exactly what money is needed for my dad and what money I can invest for him.
