Nigel is a very approachable person, easy to talk to and explains matters in clear, easy to understand terms. He is very efficient and very thorough and we would happily recommend him to others. What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

During the transition from the workplace to retirement we needed some sound financial guidance, especially with what we perceived as to be managing on a lower annual income. We were already dealing with Nigel through my Company Pension Scheme issues so already had confidence in his qualifications and advice.

We continue to have an annual review but also receive monthly summaries about our investments. At any time we feel comfortable to contact Nigel or one of his team regarding any concerns we may have. On every turn we have been delighted with the outcome from our dealings with Nigel and Keeley's team.

Difficult to think how our Financial adviser could have done better... I don't think he could. Excellent.

Nigel is always very articulate in his presentations. He gives clear and concise information, gives you plenty of opportunity to ask questions, answers any questions immediately and concludes with a precise summary of the options available to you. He will then advise on what he feels is our best option but will always point out that ultimately it is your decision. He has always followed up meetings with clear minutes on the discussions allowing you time to absorb the information in order that you make the best decisions.

He keeps us well informed and advises us the following. 1 Porfolio valuations and appropiate fund switching where applicable,which is done by way of a monthly news letter. 2 Updates of new financial regilations as the appear. 3 Gives us help to plan finances in the short and long term based on our current situation. 4 Currently we have an annual meeting to revise any change in circumstances with an holistic approach to forward planning.
