Listened to my retirement requirements and outlined the various options clearly and informatively. Explained what he would do If I decided to proceed with him and how he was qualified to find me the best option. Left me with documentation to complete before follow up meeting. Overall a very helpful and professional meeting.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Myself and my partner required a review of our mortgage protection. Steven clearly explained the difference in the types of protection available and which would be suitable for ourselves. Steven was very professional and prompt with completing our application and setting up our new protection plan. Myself and my partner are not married and we do have children. The mortgage in in my partners name only and Steven also assisted with advising us how to ensure our joint protection plan money would be paid in accordance with our needs. This put our mind at rest greatly as we had no idea how to make sure our joint life and critical illness lump sum would be paid in the event of either of us making a claim.

Yes totally. No longer concerned with our childrens future.

Continued low interest rates have resulted in lower returns than anticipated before the recession, however, the recommendations and support received have enabled me to maintain an adequate return.

Having used this financial advice firm for many years, there is I believe little that could have been done better. Most advice has been timely and constructive, and resulted in positive outcome.
