What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking for advise on Pensions and considering a pension transfer. Robert was recommended to me by a friend.

By listening to my plans and providing much needed advice on which course of action to take to reach my goals. His detailed explanation of the process made everything relatively straight forward and easy to understand.

I have seen the outcome I was expecting and things are performing to plan.

What could they have done better?

I’m two years in and I can’t fault Robert as yet. We have regular reviews and It’s hard to see how things could have been done any better.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was made aware that I could transfer my final salary pension, as a lot of people were talking about it at work, and a work colleague had used Robert and subsequently recommended, him.

I approached Robert ref my final salary pension, we then arranged a meeting to look at the options, and I was more than happy for Robert to progress with the transfer of my pension, both Robert and his team were very helpful and made the process both as easy as i believe it could have gone and kept me updated, through the process.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The out come in terms of the investment been set up, and not in the hands of my employer is a relief, however it is to early to make any judgement on the investment as I know these things do not happen over night, however currently things appear to be going in the right direction.

What could they have done better?

If Robert and his team replicate the way they have assisted me through the process and management of my investment I think other clients would be very satisfied with the service that Chamberlain have provided me with, when I require any further investment help I will not hesitate to speak to Robert.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Retiring and returning to the UK after working abroad for a number of years there was a need to invest and generate income from our savings.

How has Robert Pryjmachuk helped you?

Robert and his team spent time to understand our needs in terms of investment performance, combined with our attitude to risk, and then provided recommendations for a balanced distribution of assets to achieve those aims whilst protecting against market volatility. We were happy to accept those recommendations. They also "went the extra mile" in sorting out some poor investments made by a previous expatriate financial adviser. Since then Chamberlain have kept us regularly informed of investment performance, looking ahead and recommending rebalancing where necessary. The team are always accessible and helpful.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Definitely. Our aim was, and is, steady growth rather than the pursuit of short term gain. Robert and his team are always mindful of this when making recommendations.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

There has been a slight decrease in my portfolio value, but Robert has given my the confidence that over time my investment will deliver the desired outcome.

What could they have done better?

I am very happy with his approach. The investment strategy is medium to low risk so my pot is protected from large shifts in the markets and is spread across the main areas of investment. The idea is to see my portfolio grow steady. Through him I understand that there will always be slight movements up and down but I have to see the end plan not just what happened this week.

At last and after many pitfalls we have an advisor who is looking after my interests and not their own. Robert has offered excellent advice and now manages my pension and savings. Communication all through the company is excellent. We really feel that we are being cared for and looked after.

My adviser's strengths are as follows: 1. Understands my financial expectations and policy towards risk and continues to apply the standard consistently without any pressure to change my views. 2. I have regular reviews on my portfolio and proactively receive information on new financial opportunities that reflect my risk levels, and details of changes in financial and tax legislation via a monthly newsletter. 3. Is always available to respond to requests for information and to discuss any points I may have regarding my investments - I am usually able to talk to Robert the same day as I make a request. 4. The office staff are very professional and respond quickly and thoroughly to any administrative tasks that need to be completed. 5. Finally, and most importantly, Robert has been very successful at developing my portfolio and I have had no hesitation in recommending his services to other close family members.

What could they have done better?

It is very difficult to find fault with the service provided by Robert - both him and his team work really hard at delivering a quality and value-added service. I am genuinely struggling to make a suggestion of how he could do things better.

To me the investment world is a minefield and I would be very hesitant to go it alone. From the first moment I met Robert Pryjmachuk, he totally understood my situation and advised accordingly. He was not 'pushy' in any way and explained things clearly. He was recommended to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. He is friendly and easy to talk to, but is also a true professional.

Cannot think of a single thing. The whole team are brilliant. If you have a query they are usually able to provide an answer immediately. If not they get back to you very quickly. Cannot fault them.
