What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had a number of pension plans that I had accumulated over my professional career, and needed to have a better understanding of how they could best work for me. I found the whole pensions arena confusing so I needed to have this explained in plain English. I needed to be able to trust my advisor, and for them to be transparent and honest.

How has Linton Henfrey helped you?

Linton, is a breath of fresh air. From the offset, he was able to explain the fiscal melé in simple terms. He is extremely approachable and responds quickly to emails and calls. Linton is the consummate professional, whilst providing a 'human' and realistic approach to our financial needs. He has given us sound advise, and therefore we have been able to make informed decisions about investments and pensions.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. We are still a work in progress but we now know the direction of travel of our finances. We are much clearer and happier about our financial future.

What could they have done better?

I did my homework before choosing Linton as our adviser. I think I must have done a pretty good job, as so far, I really can't think of any improvements.
