What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My family have been clients of Paul for many years and have a great deal of trust in him so when I had a sum of money to invest it only made sense to continue with the firm .

Always reassuring and offers good advice .

Not really but everything is in limbo until we get Brexit sorted, which hopefully wont be too long.

What could they have done better?

Nothing he has answered my questions and I am satisfied with his advice

Paul was able to give advice about our present investments and make suggestions about improving the outcome of these. He has carefully and professionally guided us through the maze of possibilities open to us making sure that we were following the path we requested.

Paul always listened to what we wanted and followed carefully our instructions offering his professional knowledge, so we have no reason to think he could improve anything for us.

We're a retired couple in our seventies, who needed advice on investing our modest savings.

How has Paul Turner helped you?

Paul reviewed our income, outgoings, current lifestyle and future plans. He also assessed our attitude to risk. It's our choice to visit Paul in his office, as this is convenient for us. He has always offered to come to us & possibly as we get older, we ask him to do so.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We're delighted with the return we have so far received on our investment, although we do understand that there is not guarantee that the funds will continue to produce the same results. Paul monitors the results and we review the situation at 6 and 12 month intervals. Brexit has been discussed and taken into account at our recent meetings.

Can't think of anything.

Yes, even with the financial climate as it is at present, things seem to have done fairly well.

I do not understand the financial markets enough to know what could have been done better, I am sure Paul has done the job to the best of his ability in a very difficult time.

Although I currently live overseas I still have several saving plans in UK and Life Insurance which Paul Turner has helped me with. He has done an excellant job going through the various information provided by the company I invest with, saving me a lot of time and giving me complete peace of mind. He has explained things in simple terms and we have gone through all the necessary paperwork together. He has taken his time to ensure I understand everything in full. He is professional and obviously knows his trade extremely well.

What could they have done better?

To be honest at this stage I have nothing to suggest how my advisor could do better, I am completely satisfied.

Mr Turner has over the last 10 years advised my husband and myself on financial matters relating to savings and investments. We have always followed his advice and have never been disappointed. I have dealt with Paul for my financial matters for several years now which should speak volumes. Every time I meet with Paul whether it's for a general review of my holdings or whether I'm investing, from start to finish he always leaves me feeling extremely confident that he has my best interests at heart and is someone I can always trust to give me a high level of advice. Fees also seem competitive compared to other local advisers. Everything is always pitched at the right level for my level of knowledge (which isn't great). Would I recommend.....definitely.

How has Paul Turner helped you?

Paul takes time to assess needs and explains everything in a language that is understandable. I do not know a great deal about financial matters but Paul has taught me a lot in a way that I understand. I have dealt with Paul for a number of years and he is always available to speak to if I telephone him or if he is with one of his clients he will always return my calls in a very prompt and efficient manner. I am very positive and pleased about how my capital is being invested and what the future holds. There is no doubt in Paul's attention to detail and I am always left with the feeling that he really understands me, my family and what we wanted from our capital.

Everything is always spot on I cannot think of anything that he could do better.
