How has John Kearney helped you?

I always feel John has time to listen to me and so understand my needs. He takes on board any thoughts I may have about my investments and we can discuss them, before making any changes or alterations to my holdings. He seems to be completely 'up to speed' with current market trends

What could they have done better?

He could perhaps be more pro-active about changing my holdings - but I expect I am a pretty 'small' client for that type of service.

I am a long standing client with Wingham Wyatt Financial Services Ltd and I am entirely happy with the company. My financial background is limited and the way I am treated is tailored to my needs, when I have a query I always have easy access to someone who can help; I have a phone back from the person I wish to speak to should they be out of the office when I call; they do not blitz me with complex jargon and explain everything that I want to have explained; they keep me informed about the state of my investments. I am entirely comfortable with the services they offer.

John is always very clear in his recommendations and speaks in plain English using no insurance "jargon". My investments have grown very well with his advice. I can call him at any time. He is realistic and always explains the risks with any investment recommendation. He understands fully my objectives and is helping me to achieve them especially regarding my pension planning for the future. I have recommended my friends and family to John which clearly demonstrates the high regard I have from him.

We are confident that John and his staff act in our best interests. We have seen good returns on our investments over the last 3 years. We have had investments since before this date which stagnated but we are aware this was in keeping with the economy at that time. Always friendly and courteous. We have never compared fees with other advisors and cannot say if his fees are competetive. We are not particularly conversant with investments and rely on John to use his expertise to invest wisely. To our knowledge he has never let us down. We would be happy to recommend John to our friends.

John has been our saving and investment adviser for many years. This continuity of service has given him an in depth knowledge of us and our saving abilities, needs and attitude to risk. As a result, we have a well-balanced and well performing savings and investment portfolio. As I am disabled he visits us twice a year for a review of our portfolio and the present market conditions. In between these, if anything requires attention, he will ring and/or e-mail us. In summary his advice has been good, his knowledge of the markets and products is excellent and his personality, demeanour and approach , make him a very welcome person to do business with. We have recommended him to friends who have been similarly satisfied.

as John gives us the service we want in the time and manner we require it, we struggle to find any constructive suggestions, which would be helpful to others.
