How has Floyd Fombo helped you?
Floyd is very professional and takes the time to understand you, your circumstances and your requirements. Once he has considered these, Floyd explains all the options to you in jargon free, easy to understand language. This was not a "hard sell". Floyd explained that there was no obligation on my part to proceed further once he had made his initial recommendations, but I am so glad I did. Floyd has continued to look after my best interests ever since (2006), and I recommend him unreservedly.
What could they have done better?
I can honestly say that I cannot think of anything Floyd could do better. If there was, I would say so.

Floyd has been my IFA since taking out my first Life Insurance policy (nearly 10 years' now) and during this time, he has given me sound advice in a way that makes it simple for me to understand, interpret and then sign up to. This advice has included the variety of Pension Fund Choices and Savings accounts for my children. Floyd is as he looks a very cheerful and excellent person to be around. He makes you feel relaxed and is extremely thorough in getting all the information he requires along with helping you with your problems. I have found my adviser understands what my goals are and provides advice based on that, rather than on any pre-set ideas. He is sympathetic and has a friendly approach, explaining terms and legislation etc in a way that is easy for a lay person to understand. He is very patient with my lack of understanding sometimes.
What could they have done better?
I find it difficult to make a suggestion about what he could do better.
