How has Christopher Nutt helped you?

Christopher Nutt has given me excellent advice in managing my finances in retirement. I do not have large savings but have been treated as thoughtfully and courteously as if i were a client with larger resources. When I first contacted Mr. Nutt I had ISAs and former PEPs which produced unwieldy amounts of paper work. Thanks to Mr. Nutt they are now managed under one umbrella company which facilitates better and more accessible record keeping. When the first selected umbrella company increased their costs Mr. Nutt recommended moving to a different company and made the transfer for me. He has also advised me when former PEPs were not performing well and suggested alternatives. He knows that I may sometimes need to make money available as I do not have sufficient income for unexpected expenses and I am confident that he is always ready to advise me how best to access my savings. I know that I can contact Mr Nutt whenever necessary for independent and impartial advice. He always explains financial matters clearly and patiently and is a pleasure to deal with.

First I'm not sure about "Value for Money" I have nothing to compare it to so I gave it 3 stars. He was very clear telling about my money planing and the best way for me to invest what little money he was dealing with. He took a lot of time with me. There was so much I did not understand.

What could they have done better?

Chris Nutt keeps me up to date, When I need to contact him, if he is not always available, I know he will be in touch as soon as he is free. He is understanding and accurate with his advise and is always willing to help.

He does as much as I want so feel there is nothing I can say in this category. Even down to his dress sense he is always smart

How has Christopher Nutt helped you?

Christopher is very flexible with his appointments and all calls have been made at my convenience and with in a few days of the initial contact for advise. I did not feel pressured in any way - always felt that he had plenty of time, fully understood my needs and asked pertinent questions to cover areas I had not originally thought of. He advise was clear and well explained and he was happy to re-explains things if I had gotten mixed up between calls. All correspondence was timely and well high-lighted for my input. Christopher was not pushy or put me under pressure to make decisions and ensured he contacted me again at intervals that we had agreed on.
