Liz gave fantastic service right from the first point of enquiry. We had tried going to banks directly and had been unsuccessful in obtaining a mortgage; Liz was able to sort everything out for us and we are now able to move into our first home. Her knowledge and experience were second to none and she was super efficient. We will certainly return to her when we next need mortgage or other financial assistance!

Elizabeth had secured for us a very good mortgage that fitted our situation. She also gave us a competitive quote for home insurance. Elizabeth provided us all the way through with clear information on different products. She totally understood our situation, and her recommendations were fully compatible with our needs. Elizabeth was always available to answer our questions. We communicated by e-mail, talked on the telephone, and visited us at home. She explained the commission she secured from the lender we chose. I felt we built a very good trusted professional relationship. Elizabeth is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. She is very friendly and easily approachable. We are grateful for her service.

Elizabeth has been a very good adviser. From our site we did a lot of research on the property market , so we managed to communicate very efficiently. Personally I have nothing more to ask from an adviser like Elizabeth.
