Very helpful, not at all push, friendly and seemed interested and able to quickly understand my circumstances. Clear and used language a layperson can understand, I would definitely consider using him again if my circumstances allowed it.

How has Mark Graham helped you?

He keeps in contact with us (but doesn't pester), he 'shops around' for the best investments for us. He explains what he is doing and is very clear and transparent. He is never late for appointments and is always courteous and helpful - he explains his commission charging!

How has Mark Graham helped you?

Mark very carefully drew out from us our circumstances relative to finance, and made us aware of all possible paths to keep our financial future on the right kilter. While we were in fact fairly well in control of our funds as a result of various advisers over the years, Mark was able to tweak elements of our situation to a safer more comfortable level.We know we can call upon Mark at short notice if required, but otherwise he is there in the background watching our best interests and meets with us regularly on a longer term basis.

We are not conscious of any area to mention here. Mark seems very much on top of his job.

We found that Mark has extensive knowledge of all areas of financial advice. He is able to explain in easy to understand language the more complex aspects of financial services. For us he weighed up the pros and cons of Junior ISAs, our ISA, pensions and life insurance and helped us to evaluate and understand risk to make informed decisions. Mark's friendly approachable manner really puts us at ease whilst his service is extremely professional.

There is no "hard sell" - just sound, well researched advice based on established facts and personal circumstances. You are left with the impression that client satisfaction is far more important than writing new business.
