Diane does regular reviews of my portfolio and explains clearly reasons for her suggestions. She is very easy to talk to and knows my feelings about the risks and benefits of various investments. Diane also has vey good knowledge of the financial markets.

She is very proactive, and clearly is very well informed. She responds immediately to any queries, but also keeps existing financial affairs under close scrutiny. She is also willing to look at other viewpoints, and invites client suggestions. With Diane you NEVER feel you are being pressured.

I have known and used Diane for over 23 years and at all times Diane has given me sound advice taking into account my personal situation at the time. At no time have I ever felt pressured into signing up for an investment or policy. Diane is very personable and has a great knack of explaining to the correct level of detail all items that she proposes and why. Diane will give me a gentle reminder if something needs to be done so that I do not loose any benefits. Diane is also supported by a great team of people that have been supporting the business for a while, they therefore all work very seamlessly. I have now introduced my daughter and my father to Diane who have also found her very useful.

I am a complete numpty when it comes to pensions - just the word scares me. Diane Whicher's advice gives me confidence that things are going to be OK.
What could they have done better?
With reference to my previous comment, I sometimes find the paperwork I receive overwhelming. However, saying that, speaking to Diane normally clears the fug.

She has always been open and honest and has ensured our money is protected and achieves growth. We are now retired but Diane still meets and advises us on a regular basis
