Karen & her father before her advised my late husband well for many years, so when he died I was pleased to be able to continue with the same reassurance.

After my husband's death Karen was most helpful liaising, at my request, with my will writers, with the financial information they required, making it much easier for me at that difficult time. She has given me good, varied & much appreciated advice on all aspects of my portfolio ever since.

We had a good discussion over the phone about my financial situation and Karen asked a number of questions to clarify this. She made some initial suggestions about diversification but also discussed that a starting point might be where myself and partner hoped to be heading and what we hoped to achieve. We didn’t really discuss charges at this point only that there would be some but I did not ask about this as I think we both wanted to focus at this initial stage on the situation and there was quite a lot of information to convey. The initial chat was positive and Karen said that she would put this down in an email that I look forward to reading.
