I was disillioned with service I received from high street bank and Michael was recommended to me. After talking to me, I found his advice to be in a manner that I understood and made sense. Michael is taking a more hands on approach to my investments and making them more tax efficient.

We have found the advice easy to understand and based on sound logic. Adjustments to changing financial situations have been dealt with in a timely manner. Currently our investments are showing a steady return and hopefully these will become more substantial. Michael has a pleasing manner, a warm and friendly personality but can quickly focus on any points of issue with his business experience and knowledge.

Michael was excellent and offered me clear, simple clarification of the options I have to cover the Insurance I need for myself and Family. He was very professional and engaging to make sure I flet he was offering the best deal for me as his Customer and also allow me to understand the coverage I have based on good examples of options. I woudl heartily recommend Michael to anyone looking for piece of mind and the best value for money for coverage.
What could they have done better?
I woudl struggle to offer an input to this, as Michael communicated and do what he said he was going to do at each stage in the process, and I did not feel rushed or pressurised to making a decision of coverage until I had reviewed. Not having the 'hard sell' in the current climate of Sales tactics is very refreshing.
