What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

As foreign first-time buyers in the UK, we wanted to get all the advice one could get on the overall property buying process and find optimal deals for us. Advice , , planning and then moving a pension . I don’t understand how the pension really works and simon has been excellent in guiding me through the process in an understanding manner .

Simon manage to obtain a mortgage for us in what was an unusual situation. I am both a seconded nursing student, undertaking a full-time degree, and an on-call firefighter, so on paper, neither job falls under the "normal" bracket for getting an easy mortgage. Even though it was a long drawn out experience to succeed, Simon worked very hard, and above and beyond in achieving a very successful result, and without needing to over spend on our budget to do so.

Very much so.

I do not believe Simon could have done anymore, so in our opinion he really did give the best service.

How has Simon Dendle helped you?

Thanks to Simon i was able to buy my first house. The run up to buying my house was far from smooth but Simon was able to resolve all of my issues with applying for my mortgage and dealing with the sales office of the company i was buying off, he was also extremely patient aiding me filling in all the various paper work required in the application process, when an mortgage offer fell through he was able to set up a new offer with in a few hours which meant I did not miss my dead line which was enforced by the housing company. Simon was also brilliant answering all my questions as a first time buyer and was always at the end of the phone to offer advise which I understood. I could not be more happy with the deal Simon was able to broker for me and I would recomend the service he offers to anyone who asked.

What could they have done better?

I honestly do not think Simon could not have done more to help me.
