How has Seb Powles helped you?

Seb is extremely particular about assessing personal circumstance and needs before giving any advice. The advice given is then gone through in meticulous detail so that I become totally aware of the reasoning behind and wisdom of what he is saying and suggesting. Over the years I have been unable to fault him and have found his advice most valuable and rewarding.

What could they have done better?

I cannot envisage any improvements. I am completely satisfied.

How has Seb Powles helped you?

Seb is a very genuine man, very easy to talk to. I took to him straight away which is obviously a good thing when you put your trust in to someone. He has done very well for me so far and made me lots of money, without him I'd have just stuck with a standard bank rate and not realised how much I would have benefited by moving my money around.

What could they have done better?

Have more time but understand that's difficult due to so many clients.

Seb is very good at advising and giving sound financial advice. He explains in detail the commitment you could be making. If it is a good investment for you. Also the annual charges are explained in detail. And he looks after my investments on a regular basis.

Seb is able to make both my wife and I feel relaxed and comfortable when he is discussing our finances with us: a subject which was not easy for us to understand in our early days of making investments. He communicates at a level which we find relatively easy to digest and understand. Seb has been advising and supporting us in handling approximately 70% or our finances for the past eight years and we are very pleased with the services that he has provided throughout this period. He always explains well any financial jargon that we might find somewhat difficult to understand.

What could they have done better?

Seb has a very active brain and shows great enthusiasm for his job. At times he might talk faster than the brain of an o.a.p. can absorb.

Seb is excellent in his way of explaining to people like me ( not overly financially minded!) the best way to get what you need from your investments. My husband was the one with all the understanding. He has been brilliant with the help and support given to us both and now to myself.
