How has Paul Pearce helped you?

Paul has been a fantastic help to us in sorting and arranging our financial management. He takes the time to listen carefully to our plans, and then offers very well considered advise. In the past, I've found advisors are quick to get to the point of telling you what they think will meet your needs, without having taken the time to understand fully. Paul has been the complete opposite and I have full confidence that anything recommended or advise given will be 100% applicable to our needs. I cannot recommend Paul more highly.

In the 9 months we, my wife and I, have used Paul's services we have been impressed by his overall understanding of our financial requirements and objectives. He soon displayed an appreciation of our risk profile and recommended appropriate investments to replace some long-standing underperforming funds. He dealt with the administration of disposal and acquisition of investments in an efficient and timely manner and set up a platform to ensure efficiency for future trading and monitoring of performance. He has given helpful advice on other peripheral interests such as tax and general financial planning. We are totally relaxed and confident with Paul's performance to date.

Paul has provided me with consistently sound independent advice, and I certainly feel that he is someone of complete integrity, who genuinely takes his client's best interests to heart. Obviously this makes perfect business sense, as this will result in high customer retention and repeat business, as has been the case with me. He has always easily understood my requirements when they are laid out to him, and is always able to effectively communicate the available options in terms that anyone can understand. For me, he represents excellent value for money as I know that I will always get a service of the highest professional standards.

Quite Honestly, this man changed my Life. Coming up to retirement I had 5 private pensions to consolidate into one annuity. It was, as Paul said an eclectic collection with lots of problems. It was beyond my knowledge to even contemplate sorting them out so Paul did it for me even securing an additional six figure sum from one Pension Fund. I cannot speak too highly of the man whose honesty and integrity are beyond reproach. I have a pension that I am happy with and look forward to a financially secure retirement

Paul has provided us with financial advice for a few years and we have found him to be practical, knowledgeable and impartial. He knows our risk appetite and will always tell us if he thinks something isn't for us, and equally will advise us to take a particular route even if it is of no benefit to him. He has a thorough understanding of the markets and is able to demystify the products and processes. We find he will always make time for us and is pleasant and personable. A thoroughly decent chap and we are happy to rely on his expertise.

The quality of advice and attention to our needs has been uniformly excellent. The original review form did not come through to with full details on my computer, so my gauging was done incorrectly. We have been clients of Paul for several years and would absolutely recommend him as an IFA. He is incredibly professional, hard-working, proactive and extremely responsive. He always tailors his service and ideas to the individual rather than applying a pre-set template. His integrity and honesty, coupled with his superb industry knowledge, is first-class. We particularly like the way he always works hard to try to ensure our short-term and long-term goals are met and also admire (and appreciate) the way he stays at the cutting-edge of changes within a very dynamic and changeable industry (e.g. instantaneous analysis of the Uk Budget and Autumn Statement). In terms of value for money, Paul is absolutely superb value for money and he has repeatedly demonstrated his worth to us over multiple years of service. We are a a family of five with both parents working in different industries (and initially, in differing geographies) and Paul has guided us through several years of change with total expertise and professionalism. We feel very fortunate to have Paul as our IFA and as such, would recommend Paul to anyone.

As much as we would like to write constructive comments on the subject of ''what to do better'', in this instance, we cannot write anything. Paul literally ticks every box as an IFA.

What Paul does well is understanding my needs for the future. I have over the years continued to have 100% confidence in Paul and I know that during our meetings he has fully understood my plans for the future. The products he has recommended have been the right ones for my needs and risk element as he has fully understood and appreciated my attitude to risk. Paul provides regular and clear udpates and any requests that I have made in the past relating to either my Savings products or Pensions have always been met with responses and advice that have been both prompt and clear and have been fully satisfied that my query was answered.

What could they have done better?

Although it is appreciated by the Advisor and also for benefit of other readers any constructive suggestions on how Paul could improve his services, I frankly and honestly cannot think of any part of the service which Paul has provided to me over the number of year I have been with him which needs improvement.

We approached Paul to visit us and assess our Pensions and life covers. From the outset Paul was very professional and clear about charges so we knew what his advise would cost. Presenting him with a broken file and a carrier bag of documents did not faze him. He quickly worked through them and went back to make some necessary inquiries. Paul has a real passion for what he does, he is enthusiastic, trustworthy and detailed in his approach. Paul is always quick to respond to any enquiry whether by phone or email. He puts a lot of time and thought into his research and I always feel confident he is giving me the best advice. I trust his judgement and I would happily recommend Paul as an IFA to any prospective clients or personal friends. Paul is easily by far the best IFA I have had the pleasure to deal with. I like the idea of the online portal, it would be great to be able to update some of the investments where no feed is received automatically. Keep doing what you do in providing a 5* service!
