What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
On retirement I needed advice on investing a lump sum in a relatively low risk portfolio.. On investigating in the Internet I decided on a few companies and was impressed with the one that is now Evans Hart Ltd. Their advice has been sensible and profitable to me and my wife.
How has Richard Gallacher helped you?
Richard Gallacher understands what I hope for in an advisor and he has produced an excellent portfolio for our needs.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
The recommendations he has made and the subsequent implementation have been well explained and beneficial to me. He has also taken the trouble to come to our home to discuss the portfolio despite the fact that we live over thirty miles from the office where he works.
What could they have done better?
I can't think of any thing he could have done better.
