Sam communicates in easily understandable English. She tailors all of her proposals and advice to exactly suit our current and future needs. She has a pleasant manner and has gained our trust in that she is doing the best for us. She also goes the extra mile to arrange meetings that fit with our own schedules.

Sam responds immediately to any questions we may have, she is pro active, professional, confidential, very helpful, an excellent listener and gives great, impartial advice. She will always visit us within days of us contacting her. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we trust her implicitly. We would never go anywhere else for advice - she has her finger right on the financial pulse. Apart from all this, she has a delightful, warm personality and is a real pleasure to speak to.
