He has explained all the things to be considered when planning for retirements, the pros and coms of investment. He has organised a Sipp for me and an annuity. He has helped me access funds for me to help my son with a house purchase in a difficult market. He does not try to persuade me to move all my funds to the providers he uses but lets me make my own independent decisions after advising me. As a woman, that is important to me. I like his use of graphs to show the client clearly how things are going and how they might change according to circumstances.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. Steve or Dean are always available to speak to when needed and have set up ongoing portfolio for myself and husband so we do not have to worry about finances in out retirement.
