Matthew takes his time to listen to your needs and asks all the right questions. He speaks in a language that I understand in a subject that can sometimes be confusing. I feel I can totally trust his advice & that he has my best interests at heart.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Still in full time employment with 4+ years to retirement. Matthew is helping me sort my pensions now that they are accessible. This is ongoing & we will continue to review them annually.

What could they have done better?

I can't think of one thing that Matthew could have done better. He has a vast financial knowledge.

With his friendly easy going personaility, Matthew made the whole experience relaxed and removed the worry and concerns that discussing financial matters can often cause. He is an excellent communicator, across a wide range of ages, demonstrated with the help and advice that he also provided to my elderly Mother of 90. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for advise with their financial matters.

Matthew realised this was a new venture for me and went over things as many times as I asked in a calm and reassuring manner. The outcome being I am very happily invested in something I feel confident and entirely happy with. Matthew is always there at the end of the phone and will come to your home to see you if you prefer.

The world of pensions is a mine field. A complete novice like me does not have the first idea of where to go and what to invest in. Matthew was brilliant at explaining things to me. A great deal of time and care was taken in order to find a suitable investment that matched my needs. Matthew realised this was a new venture for me and went over things as many times as I asked in a calm and reassuring manner. Matthew Isaacs made a through assessment of my financial needs and my attitude to risk and guided me through the various options on offer. Like anyone in the position of choosing an annuity this was my first and only experience of the field and his advice secured me a very good deal. Matthew was great at dealing with my enguiry, I had a basic understanding of pensions and a rough idea what I required. He took a very indepth history from myself, so he could build a good picture of what i required and what really would be best for me. Also Matthew dealt with my Dads pension that was due to pay out. I am really not a risk taker and he fully understood that and provided myself with a great pension that was just right for me. He explained everything in detail so I understood. I was fully aware of any charges that I may of incured.
