What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were first time house buyers, confused by the mortgage process and what to do next . Julie's company had been recommended to us.

How has Julie Kennedy helped you?

Julie explained in plain English what we needed to do, which was so helpful when a lot of the information you read online is confusing; promptly replied to us when we had questions and helped us decided what was best for us. Great customer service, thank you for all your help.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, I would recommend Julie's expertise to others.

What could they have done better?

This is more of a general point, but at the start of the process it would be helpful to have a definitive list of all the documentation we'd need to provide, so that we could start getting copies made in advance and because sometimes it can take a while to find documents.

How has Julie Kennedy helped you?

Julie has advised my wife and I for a number of years. Our initial contact was for mortgage advice but , over the years has also included specific advice maximizing savings, tax efficiency , life insurance and some complicated issues about overseas mortgages. We have always found her to be very personable , reliable , honest and her advice has greatly assisted us. She takes the time to really understand our individual needs and works tirelessly to meet them. I have also found her honest and frank approach to be invaluable .

What could they have done better?

I have no suggestions.

How has Julie Kennedy helped you?

Julie has always been completely honest ans open with me, she has discussed all of the options that are available to me and I have complete faith in her abilities and her judgement. I have used the service provided by Julie and her team for a number of years and have been completely satisfied with the advice and products that I have used.

What could they have done better?

My only advice would be that sometimes during meeting with her in the office it would be good to have a separate office to discuss personal financial matters as it is often discussed in an open office and although I don't have a problem myself other clients may wish to discuss these things in private.

" I recently had the misfortune to go through a divorce and had some very poor advice from an independent mortgage advisor. This left me in a real financial predicament with the prospect of me losing my home. Warren & Co; came on recommendation via my employer and I initially made contact with Julie who was both sympathetic but also straight-talking. Adding to my problem was the recent stringent lending rules regarding affordability, somehow, through sheer tenacity and expertise, she was able to secure an affordable mortgage. This was nothing short of miraculous and is testament to her professionalism. The saving grace for me was having a credible payment vehicle in terms of a part and part mortgage (interest only/ repayment....) I have absolutely no hesitation in making this recommendation. Once again, thank you Julie!....."

How has Julie Kennedy helped you?

Julie is very thorough and presents the options to you in a very well considered but concise way. She is a powerful asset while trying to choose a mortgage and offers impressive impartial advice at each stage of the process. She is thorough which I found to be very important in making the right decisions. Her services allowed me to acquire a property that had previously been challenging for me to secure, by making the most of presenting my current income to potential lenders.

What could they have done better?

Perhaps if anything, Julie could present all of the options to me in a more formal way to allow me to think hard about which option would best suit - particularly if I was able to achieve some flexibility financially that Julie would not have been aware of.
