I have a work pension and two other pensions and felt really worried whether my pensions would be ok for me when I retired. I have tried to ask my employer for help on this on numerous occasions but always told they cannot help or advise. I have been worried for years now. My friend told be about Joe and gave me his contact details as her and her husband had contacted him and she told me how brilliant he was helping them.

How has Joseph Stevens helped you?

Joe has been brilliant. He has worked everything out for me so I know exactly how my pensions are working. Joe made sure he explained everything in a way I could understand. Joe arranges to see you in your own home at your convenience. He has provided quality advice and I 100% trust him and have confidence in him to support me with my pensions moving forward. One pension I have transferred to a better pension company and I know how to check on it via an app. Joe has given me peace of mind, one less big thing to be worried about and I really cannot thank him enough. My friend advised me to speak to Joe and I would advise anyone needing advice or if you are worried to speak to Joe.

Joe has continued to ensure that we are kept up-to-date with how our savings are performing, answering any reservations that we may have had over the last few months. We receive regular "e-mails" if he feels that there is something that we should be aware of. As we have stated on previous reviews, he is so easy to deal with, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, easy to understand, Financial Advisor. We did have some reservations when the markets were under-performing, but having put our concerns to Joe, went with his advice, sat tight, and waited . Correct advice as the markets subsequently recovered, as did our investments.

We are now into our eighth year having Joe as our advisor. Joe stays in very regular contact & has guided us through some very turbulent unprecedented times. He updates us daily when necessary & gives very clear sound advice. Our finances recovered well from the pandemic & remain on track. Our tax position based on early advice from Joe remains the same i.e. We still do not pay tax which is a massive help. We remain completely satisfied with Joe excellent service, he very often gives advice in other areas not directly related to pensions.
