Provides a clear, concise and completely understandable report. Jargon free analysis that leaves you in a position of knowledge of your own finances. We have received a wealth of correspondence from various financial institutions that have left us none the wiser. Brian has consolidated all of this information, broken this down and cut through to what this information actually means. We cannot recommend Brian highly enough.

Brian is easy to talk to and is happy to spend time explaining any complex concepts.
What could they have done better?
It would be nice to have a written summary of meetings showing why we agreed on a specific course of action, e.g. At our last meeting we discussed my options on dealing with my mortgage. I would like a reminder of the options we looked at and the rational for the choice recommended.
