How has Andrew James helped you?

My husband and I first used Andrew James in 2006 to obtain a mortgage on a new property. Andy is always so helpful, approachable and listens to your needs in order to find the right products for you. Andy provides a fantastic service and always answers any questions or queries promptly. We have used Andy on many occasions for mortgage applications and life insurances and would not use anyone else. Always provides an excellent service and would highly recommend.

How has Andrew James helped you?

Andrew always communicates very clearly and is a pleasure to talk to. He has given me the confidence to realise retirement is within reach for me by advising on pensions, annuities and investments to make my money work for me. I have already recommended him to one of our friends and would not hesitate to do so again.

Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his understanding and explanations of the products we discussed, both mortgage and life insurance. He clearly understood our personal situation and what we were hoping to achieve and as first time buyers provided us the information we needed to make the most suitable choices. We found Andrew to be professional, approachable and clear during the discussions we had with him throughout the mortgage application process. We first met with Andrew at the end of 2013 to discuss our financial situation at the time and to look at how we might move forward in terms of a future mortgage change. Andrew was easy to talk to and after the meeting carried out some research for us in terms of what was available at that time. During the whole process he explained everything to us and went over anything we needed clarification on. He was patient, helpful and honest in terms of ensuring we knew how much the monthly mortgage repayments would be.

What could they have done better?

On the occasion that we used Andrew's services I do not feel he could have done any better than he did. We were very happy with the entire value for money, professional service that Andrew provided us with. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

Andy is a very polite person and listens to what you are saying. He explains things in plain English- which is great as so many documents and products are very hard to understand.
