The interest-only section of my mortgage was coming to an end, and I needed to find a new one to continue paying back as a repayment mortgage. I also needed to find appropriate life cover for the new mortgage.

We have needed financial advice several times over the past 5 years. We looked originally for help with our first time buyer mortage in 2011, and were so impressed with the service we used David again for our remortgage last year (2015).

How has David Anderson helped you?

David was excellent in helping us find the right mortgage for us, something which was within budget but was also financially a sound move. He explained everything through a series of emails and phone calls, answered all our questions promptly no matter how trivial or complicated. When we needed to remortgage for an extension, we sought David's help straight away and he helped us beyond just finding a new provider, he also helped us to work based on our budget and thinking long term. He has also helped us find life insurance and home insurance to suit our needs.

We felt supported through every part of the process both times we used David, and were confident that he had found us the best deals and the best products to suit our circumstances. Whenever we were unsure, he always found alternatives and worked with us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. This was our second experience using Mr Anderson as he provided financial advise and a mortgage solution for our first purchase. In our latest experience from initial home visit until conclusion of the transaction Mr Anderson guided us through what is a very daunting process keeping us well updated thoughout. Issues with the lender were handled promptly and to a satisfactory conclusion. Communication was excellent via both email and telephone.
