Very little - Just to focus on ensuring the above very personal service and high standards continue.

In the past I had financial advisors who seemed keen on winning your business,but then do not devote any time to keeping it long term afterwards. The regular review meetings I have with Stephen make me realise that is not the case with him.I genuinely feel that I now have the right advisor to plan a coherent long term financial strategy.

Stephen and his team are very good at supplying full financial information on a regular basis in a comprehensible form. There is no concern that you do not know how your investments are performing at any time, both generally and against other providers

What could your adviser do better?
I really cannot think of anything Stephen could do better and I day that having had experience of many financial advisers during 30 years in the accountancy profession and a further 30 years in management positions in both quoted and private companies.

I was a bit wary of IFAs before I met Steven and Greg at Robertson Baxter - but they totally changed my perceptions. I've been more than pleasantly surprised by how much time they take to really understand my needs and wishes - and by the fact that they genuinely have my best interests at heart. Having worked with them on developing their marketing strategy, I've seen even more clearly what a good choice I made. These guys really are unique in their marketplace, and I'd recommend them to friends, family and colleagues without hesitation. I now realise the financial advise given will bare me in good stead for my retirement.
