How has Lynda Barber helped you?

I have been a client of Lynda Barber for some 15 years. During this period I have found Lynda to be highly professional in her approach to providing advice on a wide range of financial questions. Lynda has been prompt and consistent in providing financial documents and is always available to answer my questions during normal and occasionally outwith business hours. Lynda's answers have always been clear and concise which has allowed me to take informed decisions, which have , in the long run proved to be most beneficial.

What could they have done better?

Lynda Barber has been our financial advisor for the past 12 years. She has provided us with an excellent service over the years, helping us to best manage our finances. She has advised us about our pensions, cash isa's, stocks and shares isa's, our mortgage and our various insurance plans. She provides us with a detailed report each year and comes out to visit us annually to go over everything which is very much appreciated. She is always available to speak to us should we have any questions and is highly efficient when dealing with any queries raised by us. We have a great relationship with Lynda as she is so competent.

My financial adviser is always on hand to answer any queries I may have and has a solid understanding of my financial situation and needs. She is professional, approachable, very good at providing information which in a comprehensive and understandable manner regarding any recommendations made. My attitude to risk is assessed regularly. Another factor which I really appreciate is that she is not patronising in any discussions we have.
