I had four pensions from previous employers and being so young I wanted to make sure I did the right thing for my retirement planning.

How has Tim Veiro helped you?

Tim gave me the advice to move a couple of my pensions to a better account, without Tim I would never have known to do this and would have left those accounts where they were. I have a set plan and Tim has advised me on how to achieve this. Tim a very professional and organised, nothing is too much trouble and he is always on hand if I have a question.

I don't know yet but hopefully in another 20 years I will.

At the ripe old age of 58, several small pensions pots, mortgages and marriages behind me, I needed someone to advise me on many issues as I approached retirement.

How has Tim Veiro helped you?

Tim worked hard devising a plan that suited me, spoke on my behalf with several organisations and bought me through a few months of hard work to a position where I now know where I stand, all explained in layman's terms, I felt comfortable all the way through the process. Brilliant service and was given a huge slice of well being with comfort in a tricky situation. I could never had got there without the services of a well organised, structured approach provided so well by this organisation.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Outcome is fabulous, followed all professional advice, better pension than expected, happy with costs. I still work but, within 7 days of a phone call both Tim and Government offices can fire up my pensions. cannot be in a better situation.

What could they have done better?

After all of Tim's input it's difficult to expect more than he actually provided. The Financial World is a vast complicated arena, Tim always kept things on a level I understood, and I am more than happy with the Outcome. If there was one fault, it was mine in not speaking to a Financial Adviser much sooner. You need to be mindful after 25/30 years of age, I have asked both my two sons to speak to Tim.

Tim was able to put a cash value on these pensions which was in excess of my expectations He then reinvested these funds in a flexible pension product which allows me to exercise the new pension freedom's on my retirement.

I was not happy with the service I was receiving from my previous financial adviser , poor advice lack of information.

I contacted Tim as I have a SIP pension that had been badly managed and I was looking to take a tax free draw down that had taken six months to get to a point of a transfer with tax implications. After a brief phon call to Tim explaining my situation he advised me to put a hold on the transfer based on the advice I had been given, We arranged an appointment within a couple of days and descused my circumstances. The profecional advice was invaluable and my SIP drawdown was completed within six to eight weeks with no tax implications.

I am very pleased with the advice I have been given and the outcome.

Due to a combination of receiving inheritance and having retiring with a lump sum 'pay out', we found it necessary to seek professional financial advice as to the best course of action to move forward and plan for future affairs.
