Keith has helped me manage my personal finances for a number of years and, in doing so, also become someone I am pleased to be able to call a friend. He is fully aware of my goals, my requirements and my attitude towards risk and, as such, has always made me completely aware of the reasons, benefits and potential risk of my choices and investments from pension to personal insurance. His integrity, honesty and straight forward, no nonsense approach have been my reason for engaging and sticking with Keith and his advice has always been founded on his knowledge of both myself, my family and my circumstances be they current or what I may need in the future. Keith understands our circumstances, built up over a number of years & therefore recommends the best products/policies for us, taking into account our attitude to risk, future financial planning, our enjoyment of holidays etc!

What could they have done better?

Regular reviews are important by phone, e-mail or in person to ensure that we are on-track with our financial planning. Time goes by very quickly & maybe we should have more dialogue/re-assurance that things are moving in the right direction?

Keith provides advise to my wife with regard to our pension planning and life/critical illness and other insurance.

We receive a personal service from Keith who travels from Leeds to meet with us each year, despite out now living 250 miles from Leeds, to discuss out investments and other financial packages and to provide us with a full review and give advise.

I have received excellent advice in retirement planning especially around the recent changes in pension legislation and how this can work to my benefit. Also my investments are continually being monitored, ensuring that my finds are suitably invested and in a tax efficient manner. Keith always takes time to get to know you, your family so he fully understands your longer term aspirtions.
