How has Andy Holder helped you?

Andy Holder has always had a very professional, courteous and very approachable attitude and took great care to fully understand my attitude to risk. He takes particular care to fully explain any recommendations he may make and to ensure that these are fully understood. Reviews are also carried out at regular intervals and any questions I may raise afterwards are answered promptly and efficiently.

What could they have done better?

I can think of no suggestions to improve the service I receive.

Andy is good at explaining our investments in a clear way pointing out clearly the risks and likely return. He has prepared a long term forecast for us giving us a good idea on the likely money available, We have discussed the advantages and disadvantages of taking an annuity and draw down and we trust his judgement .....he's a nice guy to deal with

My wife and I have known Andy for several years now and in that time have built what we consider to be an excellent relationship. We feel that Andy has a very good understanding of our approach to our portfolio in terms of attitude to risk, how to maximise our investment and where we want to be in the short, medium and long term. Andy is a very good communicator and is able to put often complex information and possible scenarios across to us in the simplest of terms which enables us to make well-informed decisions. Andy always makes things clear to us with regard to his charges. We are extremely confident in Andy's abilities and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We really are struggling for areas in which we feel Andy could improve.

How has Andy Holder helped you?

Keeps it simple. Does not bombard me with jargon and stacks of facts and figures which if I had to know and completely understand, I wouldn't need a Financial Adviser. I trust Andy and his recommendations. He asks the right questions and understands me, and the level of risk I am prepared to undertake. He is not pushy, but at the same time is persuasive sufficiently to introduce me to new thoughts and ideas to maximise my investments. He is quick to respond to queries/questions I may have.

How has Andy Holder helped you?

I have know Andrew since 2007 when I needed advise for an income following my divorce. We had meetings at my house and he organised an income and a tax efficient savings plan . Since then he has provided an annual review with changes if necessary. I trust Andrew as he has always explained everything clearly and sometimes several times , never pushing me and always giving me time to think. I feel I can ask him for his help and advise and have done so. He always gives his opinion with my best interests in mind. I also like Andrew which for me is important and would recommend him to my family and friends .

Andy is an excellent communicator, explaining sometimes technical matters in an easy to understand format. He has always been efficient and shown integrity at all times.
