Auto enrolment.

Not knowing where to go to comply with auto enrolment, Ash seemed to be the sensible place to start. Ash made a minefield very negotiable and within days of contacting him, I was fully compliant with a pension in place for my employees.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Most definitely. More importantly, he made it so simple and was a lot cheaper than I had been quoted before.

What could they have done better?

The only thing that could have been better was if it was for free. Being realistic, this would never happen so there was nothing better that he could have done.

I really can't say that Ash could have done any better as he was exemplary in the way he conducted his way of doing his research to satisfy my needs toward investing.

When purchasing a commercial property I needed to take out an insurance policy. After phoning around a few companies I spoke to Ash at Watermead. He couldn't have been more helpful and sold us exactly what we wanted at the right price. Since then Ash has kept us up to date with changes in legislation and although I haven't had a need for further services, I know if I do I will only need to give him a call and he will give me any advice I need.

Clearly the number one method of finding the right financial advisor begins with a referral from a friend, family member, co-worker or even a stranger. Ashvin also know that the way to grow and enhance his business is by differentiating himself from others. Ashvin has long term relationship with a client and ultimately, with their family members as well, he gains new clients from referrals by satisfied, long time client. In my opinion Ashvin has build a successful business as a financial advisor.

Ashvin clearly has more interaction with his clients and family members, it would be good to have regular updates on financial matters, by updating on latest communication on e-mail, facebook, whatsApp etc.
