How has Rajesh Modha helped you?

He spent time to get to know me as a person, in order to fully understand the bigger picture of what my money should be doing for me - trying to predict and plan for future needs and goals. Unlike other IFAs I've used, he is not simply trying to make as much profit (in terms of commission, as well as client profit) out of investments as possible; I totally feel that all of Raj's effort goes towards what is best for me and my financial well-being - any thoughts of what commission or fees he might earn have no bearing on his advice. (Sometimes his advice is "do nothing!" - and he earns no commission from that, but he does earn my respect.). He is quick, thorough and knowledgeable in his responses to my (annoyingly frequent!) queries. I really appreciate him making the effort to travel to me for meetings. He is very approachable - in fact, I consider him a friend now, rather than just a professional. And I do believe he has a deep understanding of a wide range of financial areas, which enables him to give coherent advice relating to all aspects of my financial well-being - and how this can improve my life as a whole.

What could they have done better?

I'm struggling to think of something constructive to write here - but I can't think of an occasion when he hasn't either done exactly what he said he would, done exactly what I asked him to, or else exceeded my expectations. Even his tea-making abilities are good!!
