Emailed marcelle. Lovely lady. Got back to me within 1 hour. Sadly I found a cheaper solicitor, but she was very fast and prices were decent. She was very clear about her charges.

How has Duncan Kennedy helped you?
I had not met Mr Kennedy prior to my need for a solicitor to assist with my late mother's probate, but I knew that his firm had acted for another member of my family years ago. I found Mr Kennedy to be pleasant, professional, competent and efficient. Meetings were thorough and well prepared. The probate was concluded successfully and speedily. When a related conveyancing matter (for which another branch of the firm was acting) encountered difficulties, I was able to invoke Mr Kennedy's influence to resolve the difficulty. After the probate was completed, my wife and I resolved to ask Mr Kennedy to draft fresh wills for us, which he did - again demonstrating mastery of the subject. As a result, I recommended him to my daughter and son-in-law, for whom Mr Kennedy drafted their wills.
