What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I purchased property and needed a mortgage arranged and also re- mortgage Completion of tax return. Also needed help to deal with a lease extension.

How has Murtada Mohamed helped you?

Murtada is very professional and helpful, he gave me various options and information with regard to my mortgage and lease. He allowed me time and space to make decisions with his guidance. He is patient and answers any questions I have and explains anything I do not understand. He works quickly and efficiently. He has excellent trouble shooting skills and takes pride in his work.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes all work that Murtada has carried out for me over the years has been a success. He has kept me up to date throughout the duration of the mortgage and lease process. He is good at finding the best deals and services suited to my needs. One of my biggest challenges was a lease extension, I had no idea of how to commence the process. Murtada guided me through the whole process of the lease extension and now I am happy to say my lease extension has been granted.

What could they have done better?

I can not think of anything at this stage as I have always experienced successful work from Murtada.

Advice for BTL and hrlo with mortgage application. I also receiveds insurance cover advice and application processes. He also recommended right solicitors to deal with my both mortgage application . I was very pleased.

Yes, I successfully completed purchase of my property and had adequate insurance in place.

An introduction pack for step by step process for purchase of property is helpful.

My adviser never leaves any unwanted information go past him. He is always one step ahead to advise me if a problem arises anywhere regarding my mortgage application he will tell me what to do and usually does it him self.

What could they have done better?

There is nothing that I can think of how to get the best of my adviser however, I would like to hear more of my adviser more regardless if any issue was small or big.
