He’s great at getting involved early, asking the right questions and advising what the best options are to achieve what you’re aiming for (in our case not be dependant of a chain/selling our current home to buy the next one). The initial property purchase was difficult due to an annex not attached and the number of mortgage providers willing to offer a mortgage in these circumstances. James was extremely knowledgable and efficient on getting the right offer. He also managed to secure additional funds for building work. He also recently helped us secure a 5 year fixed mortgage with very good rates

This is the second time I have dealt with AS Financial. I arranged my mortgage through them and now I have just re-arranged my mortgage after 2 years. I primarily dealt with James Dennett and my experience has only been positive. James was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. He responds when he says he will and he made the whole process really very easy for me. Everyone else I was in contact with at AS Financial was extremely efficient and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending AS Financial (and I have done several times) and I have no doubt that I will continue to use them.

We've worked with AS Financial for a few years. We were referred to them by a friend who had worked with a particular rep to buy his house so we engaged him by name. In our initial purchase we were so impressed by our rep's responsiveness, professionalism and smarts. He gave us great advice and introduced us to a solicitor, key inputs for a successful completion as we are expatriates and don't understand local UK customs. Most recently, our intro rate expired and we needed to refinance which was complicated by the emergence of COVID-19. The best option for us was to switch to a tracker rate with our existing bank, which meant no fee for AS Financial, but our rep reccomended this anyway. We find this customer centricity refreshing and it left us with a lot of trust for our rep and AS Financial. Whatever you guys are up to, it's working, so keep up the good work. Thank you!
