How has Timothy Morris helped you?

Tim came across in a very professional, yet easy going manner. I felt he genuinely had our best interests at heart - he chased me up numerous times to get the trust documents completed after I had taken out the products. Many a times he has spoken to me during non business hours and worked around my schedule which I do appreciate. He also sent out an in-depth, thorough Financial Report, reflecting our conversation.

What could they have done better?

I had to complete some of the info on the TP website - must admit I did not like that much - having said that Tim helped me navigate round things and was available whenever I called to help me complete all the info needed.

I think Tim could do better if he paid attention to the little details like names spelt correctly and pronounced properly.

Tim is a good professional who understands my goals and provide accurate information of the different types of investments. He's easy to talk with and is always approachable when we have questions which is very appreciable. He can meet me at my work office and provide documentation and leaflets about investments.

What could they have done better?

Sometimes, he should be more explicit about the fees which will be charged in respect of the different investments.
