The main thing for us was he listened to what our needs were, sorted out all the pension forms etc. taking out all the worry for us, we trusted him from the start and had great confidence in him even though we had never met, but, it was obvious he was going to work out everything for us and made the plans we needed for our future. How has Chad Morris helped you?

Chad has an excellent attitude towards us as clients. We feel as though he is looking after our us and financial affairs at all times. The newsletter is useful and informative and helps us prepare for our annual meetings. Chad listens extremely well to us when we update our situation, which is a regular occurrence on account of having a family with changing needs. We feel very comfortable picking up the phone and calling him for advice outside our annual meetings. Being upfront helps him help us. He also treats me and my husband as separate entities for profiling our attitudes towards investment risk, but also takes on board any joint wishes or requirements we may have as a couple, or as parents. We have great confidence in him and his advice and he gives us time, which is often needed to make big decisions, and time and a wonderfully calm outlook at meetings, which always comes across to us as if we are his most important clients!

Honestly, I can't think of anything right now that could have been better handled. Chad's follow up service after meetings has been excellent. We even get birthday cards!

I have not done much personally in crosschecking with other brokers. That is the reason I have given 4* for value for money as I cannot compare with others. The reason I have done little doing cross checks is the fact that I am totally confident & happy with all advice & services. In this day & age many people appear to loose the ability to apply common sense. I lack investment knowledge & for this reason I employ an adviser. However I do not lack common sense & with this ability it is easy to ask the right questions. Chad will always supply information until I am happy & fully understand what it is he his suggesting. I does not bury anything in jargon or complex explanations. He has an ability to present all issues in an understandable way.

Chad Morris understands my attitude to risk whilst working towards achieving my goals. He is patient and explains everything clearly, without me feeling I am under any time pressure. I know he reviews my portfolio regularly and we have an annual review meeting to go through all aspects of it together, we then review my attitude to risk and set goals for the coming year.
