Recently completed the remortgage process.
What could they have done better?
I don't think anything could be, or needs to be improved as the service was excellent. Seamless process once again. As before, Ryan was very helpful from start to finish. I was always made aware and kept well informed of where in the process we were, and what was to happen at the next stage. Nothing too much trouble, even timing his phone calls around the baby sleeping!

We dealt with Mike Jones, having tried without success for 12 or so months prior to arrange a mortgage, we spoke with Mike and within about 48 gaurs we had Agreement in Principal. Our purchase has not been as straightforward as some, but at any point, Mike was always on hand to answer questions, or deal with any problems. Zebra money were fantastic, my wife and I only wish we had found them some 12 months ago!!

Ryan was fantastic at showing me all the different options open to me. He gave genuine advice and a great range of options. I found him to straightforward and helpful in his approach. He also gently reminded us when we hadn't sent paperwork back which is helpful when you are so busy (and forgetful!) He was also happy to talk through the options in lots of detail if / where needed.
What could they have done better?
There was slight confusion over the survey to choose and I wasnt clear on all the options and details, so I think full clarity around that would have made it easier, it felt a little like it was a side point.
