We see Terry at least twice a year and his advice has always been right for us.His empathy towards your individual needs is first rate so I would have no hesitation in recommending him to people who are seeking financial advise.We have known Terry 7 years and we shall continue to have him looking after our financial affairs.

What could they have done better?

We have Terry because he is a qualified financial adviser.If I started to know he was not doing the best for us I would dispense with his services.I went to him because up until 20007 I had managed our finances myself but the complexities became too much for me.

Terry provided fantastic advice to me both when my husband was alive and afterwards. He was sympathetic and understanding at a time when his counsel was needed most. He now manages my finances by making sure that I have sufficient income and that my outgoings are covered. He also assists with my tax return.

Terry is an excellent communicator . He has a good in depth knowledge of financial products ,and in my particular case has taken some pretty average performing investments and has turned them into high yield products. This has not only been in my personal life but in the case of our company as well.

What could they have done better?

For me ,there is not a lot that Terry could do better. When I have a financial problem ,he is the person I turn to for the solution.

Terry has always responded to our needs and requests upon the instant and unless unavailable at the time has never kept us waiting. Our calls upon his attention and advice have always been of modest proportions but on both counts he has never been less than sound and objective. Over a period of 14 years he has never let us down having consequently earned our trust and confidence. He's a straight talking guy keeping things simple and understandable and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Off hand I can't think of anything, he even travels 180 miles to see us for very modest returns - an act we well appreciate.

Terry Bignall has been advising me on my pension planning for many years. In fact I followed him from his previous employment. He understands my modest portfolio and my attitude to risk - and is responsive to requests for updates and information. He has a very good memory for detail, which can save a lot of time, so yes, I thoroughly recommend his services.

What could they have done better?

Whilst he always responds as promptly as possible to queries, he is (of course) not always at his desk, so I have sometimes experienced delays in hearing back from him.
