We came to end the of our previous mortgage deal.

How has Pam Stockdale helped you?

At a very stressful time between a new baby and my daughter being poorly. We were advised to remortgage with a different company. This company messed us about and were unreachable. We came across Pam and reached out to ask for advise and she ended up taking every stress we had regards to the remortgage and make out experience completely stress free (I can’t say the same for Pam)! She would contact us at every stage and updates and then also kept in touch between these times. Pam took it upon herself to not only find us a mortgage deal but also chase up solicitors and push for acceptable completion dates. I couldn’t thank Pam anymore for what she has done for us in this time.

I was looking for an advisor to buy my first property and at the time I had a black mark on my name for an old unpaid phone bill from years before which had meant that mainstream lenders would not touch me with a barge pole, Pam straight away put my mind at ease and helped me to get a mortgage in no time at all.

How has Pam Stockdale helped you?

Other than the obvious in getting me a mortgage, Pam is very approachable through the whole process, some of the paperwork you receive from solicitors and lenders is very over complicated, Pam explained things amazingly and walked you through every step of the way without making you feel like an idiot. I imagine she adds about ten hours to her working helping with things she really doesn't need to turn her attention too.

Pam helped us to navigate a complex mortgage environment and secure the deal which suited our needs. It was a particularly challenging time, with mortgages rates increasing on a weekly or even daily basis, and Pam was extremely proactive in finding the best deal available for our circumstances at the time. Pam was recommended to me by my accountant when I asked him if he knew any one to sort my right to buy out and I went with Pam who goes above and beyond for you even keeping her eyes on the market to see if there’s any other mortgage offers with better rates and 3 times pam got it lowered so we are very happy with pams advice and actions, we would never leave Pam or zeal mortgages and protection services. I had changed job and become self employed. I sought Pam's advice on income protection insurance in the event that I was unwell and unable to work.

Pam has helped us tremendously. After completing an IVA in 2021, Pam's knowledge and understanding helped us secure a new mortgage that, without her help and guidance, would have been impossible to achieve.

Pam was fantastic! As we were first time buyers we had no clue where to start. Pam went through everything with us so we understood the process. Pam contacted us regularly to make sure we were ok and answered all questions we had. Pam also sorted our building insurance out so when we got the keys to our home, everything was already sorted. We will definitely use Pam’s service again.
