Paul has given us invaluable advice over the last few years. He always explains matter with great clarity and is happy to go over things when we are unsure. All the investments that we have made through him have come to fruition as he predicted. He is always available and responds to queries very promptly. How has Paul Morgan helped you?

Mr Morgan has very good interpersonal skills which he uses to maximum effect. He is polite, courteous and gentlemanly which allied to an ability to communicate with his client on most levels inspires trust and confidence. This enables the client to converse with him in a relaxed manner both inside and outside of the professional sphere. Mr Morgan is very professional. He has his professional knowledge and skills at his fingertips and is able to explain issues in clear and easily understood terms. The acid test is of course the quality of the advice (in my case primarily investment and savings advice) and in this regard he has enabled me to invest wisely with the bottom line that he has maximised my returns. This has been over a period of 6 years since I first sought out investment/savings advice and does not relate to solely one "transaction". An added bouquet is that I feel I do not need to worry about my investments as I have an advisor who is competent, at the end of a telephone and with a proven track record as far as I am concerned.

What could they have done better?

In all honesty it would be discourteous to suggest anything that Mr Morgan could do better.

How has Paul Morgan helped you?

Paul took on board everything I needed on our first meeting, and we took time to go through all of my financial needs. My main area of concern were pensions, which have now been successfully merged into one manageable fund. We also arranged personal insurance to cover myself in case of illness and inability to work. The fees were made very clear, as were the options available for ongoing advise and management of my portfolio. All in all I was very pleased with the advise given, the quality of work and the professionalism of Paul.

What could they have done better?

I have no criticism of the service provided to date, and continue to be happy with the ongoing advise.
