Explains things very well in what I call 'layman's terms' I understood everything that was explained to me, and my options. Also Jane was always available for any questions that I may have had.

How has Jane Lewin helped you?

I found Jane very approachable. She took an interest in me, my business, my financial needs, aspirations and lifestyle choices. Jane responded to my calls and requests quickly and always kept me informed of progress on the pension matters we discussed. Having a hectic diary I was pleased Jane was able to visit me at home. She was clear about how she arrived at her recommendations and what her charges would be.

What could they have done better?

I can not think of anything I would have wanted that Jane did not offer.

Jane is an extremely personable and very approachable IFA who listens to you and gives appropriate guidance. She takes time to get to know you and assess your attitude to risk, can explain things in layman's terms, and comes across as a trustworthy person. She clearly cares about her work and doing the best for her clients and I am very happy to recommend her.

I've tried hard to think of something but honestly cannot!

How has Jane Lewin helped you?

I found Jane and Rob very approachable and understanding of someone who is not as clever with money as they are. I fully trusted their advise and they were happy to explain things to me in detail, sometimes twice! When I wanted to move money or close down an investment they took care of everything for me. All in all I believe they saved me alot of worry and time.They even came to my house and gave me as much time as I wanted. I never felt pressured. Their quotes for setting up a buy to let mortgage were cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. Next time I want advise I shall use them again.

How has Jane Lewin helped you?

Jane and Rob work tirelessly to find the right solution for your particular needs. You never feel they are pulling the easiest product off the shelf for you. They recommend the best solution for the client even if it means they make no money out of it (as in my last re-mortgage). Their research is thorough and they make sure they fully understand your situation and goals. I have no hesitation in accepting their recommendations and trust them totally. As well as using their services for my own financial planning I have recommended my daughters use them to source a mortgage and they have organised a group pension scheme for my company. They are always efficient, respond immediately to queries and their knowledge and re-assurance helps take much of the stress out of financial planning.

How has Jane Lewin helped you?

We have used Jane and Robs financial advice for around 12 years now, they regularly update us and offer new sound services, much of which has saved us money in the long run. Rob will come out to us annually to give us an financial health check and has regularly changed our own mortgage and our buy to let mortgages for a better deal and updated our life insurances. Not only have they both advised us well as adults but they have given freely of their advice regarding our children's financial queries, ensuring they are well placed with their own savings.

What could they have done better?

In all honesty there is not anything that I can think of that MMS could do better for us as a family. After 12 years we completely trust them with our financial affairs, and would find it hard to begin that relationship over again with anybody new.
