How has Tej Basson helped you?

He is a well-mannered professional. As my financial adviser, he listened carefully to me and my needs first. He managed to find few choices that are available. He explained everything carefully. Then he gave me time to digest all the information and to make an informative decision. He also helped me with the paper work. Everything was handled very quickly and professionally. The outcome was very satisfactory. Therefore, I highly recommend Mr. Tej Basson.

How has Tej Basson helped you?

Visited me at home before search of properties to see how much money we could borrow going through income and expenditure. Once we had found our property we went to his office and he did a full mortgage application, comparing various lenders to find one that suited our needs. Kept us informed throughout mortgage process and dealt with any queries from Santander efficiently and was readily available when we needed to talk to him. Gave advice on Building Insurance and Quotes for property.

He was excellent at giving true advise and gave a true picture about affordability. He was not forceful in his recommendations and gave genuine advise.

What could they have done better?

It would be good if he can send information about new financial products and any mortgage deals which are current and save money in the long run. Some follow up on his recommendations, especially financial products, performance and how they are performing in the current markets.
