We had an application for a property get rejected due to the valuation report, our estate agent got us in touch with Lynn to hopefully find out what the issue was and how to rectify it.
How has Lynn Street helped you?
Lynn gave us every possible way to try and get our mortgage sorted with Skipton, told us what we can and can’t do in order to appeal the valuation. This eventually got rejected, but this was done to Skiptons report on the property. We were adamant that we wanted this house due to having 2 babies on the way so she did everything she could to get another application going with another mortgage broker, she completed the application in it’s entirety for us. With Lynn’s help everything got approved and without her we wouldn’t be moving into a new property in the next few weeks

We had been given a mortgage in principle by RBS so we wanted to speak to an advisor over the phone and instead it was an application, we had no idea that’s what was happening. Lynn helped me re-mortgage and also to get new life and health cover when I needed to sort out my finances. What was a very stressful time for me was made so much more bearable by Lynn's assistance. She was so calm and kind throughout the process. Professional but friendly. I always felt that she was working so hard to get me the best/most appropriate deal for me that she could. Even though it meant several long calls in the evenings to work around my schedule nothing is too much trouble for her. She persists where persistence will get results and is always open and honest with you about the process and the results that she obtains. I never felt in the dark about anything, I always knew what was going to happen next. Communication is timely and unobtrusive. I was never rushed to make a decision. I would recommend her to everyone. I live in West Sussex so being at a distance from her is also no problem.
