Roger took the time to not just ask a range of questions but he also took the time to listen to each of us and tailored out requirements accordingly. He spent time explaining fully the implications of our decisions and also he ensured that we were both happy with the advice provided. At no time were we made to feel that any question that we had was too small or insignificant to ask and we also never felt rushed.

We are both fully satisfied with our IFA experience and can think of no changes that we would like to see.

I cannot speak more highly of Roger Weeks. He spent time to really understand my finances as I approach retirement and to provide a detailed pensions advice and understanding to maximize the benefits available. Since few of us really keep pace with the changing pension regulations over our working years and in my case not really looked at my occupational pension schemes until due to retire, it is great to have someone who can really explain it so succinctly. He provided me with a very clear advice to suit my circumstances and future plans. Compiling various investments and cash savings together into a single, clear working portfolio that is revised regularly is far better than expected. Roger's periodic contact is timely ensuring that I take advantage of ISA and tax concessions as appropriate.

Roger Weeks took great care in establishing our needs before researching the best outcome. He always replies to any queries promptly and has given us wonderfully friendly service. He has always been helpful in explaining his proposals to us and finds alternatives if we ask. We have moved 200 miles away from his office but we have stayed with Roger as we appreciate the excellent service he gives.
